Portrait / Wedding Policies

  1. Bullet  For your protection, all prints that are not purchased, and all digital images will remain property of

David Mark Photography unless otherwise agreed upon.


  1. Bullet  All photos are copyrighted to help maintain the integrity of the quality of your prints


  1. Bullet  Delivery time for finished photographs is usually 3 - 4 weeks. Please note that during holidays and peak wedding                    season, the time may be longer.     


  1. Bullet  A deposit of $ 300.00 is required to reserve your wedding / event date. No date is firm until the deposit is paid.

The deposit is non-refundable.      


  1. Bullet   The balance of your wedding / event is to be paid in full 10 days prior to the event.


  1. Bullet   Sundays and holidays add $ 150.00.
